11/15/05 Class Org Meeting Minutes

Attendees: Locomotive, Mobetter, Christian, Craic, Cbayracer, SailSD, Mr. Clean, Seeker321

The team was able to focus on agenda item 1 Class Constitution -- (no sail discussion at all). We covered several areas and drafted some language to cover changes in these areas:

Membership (Full, associate, co-owners) Fleets (min boat counts, votes per fleet) Voting (day to day issues, class rules, constitution amendments) Process for amendment proposals (class rules, constitution) Communications (electronic notifications)

We adjourned after 1.5 hrs of very constructive discussion. The updated draft will be reviewed one more time and will be posted within one week for the entire (67 owners..) group's review and further comments.
