2/22/06 Class Org Meeting Minutes

Attendees: Locomotive, Christian, Clean, Clewless, Mobetter

 

The team is focused on a motion submitted by Craic for provisional rules -- We seconded and passed the motion to have the entire group of depositors to vote on the Provision Class Rules when time comes (~ May). Then after the class has 50 class members (i.e. 50 hull certificates are issued), the class will then formally ratify a set of Class Rules according to the provisions of the Class Constitution.

We adjourned after 1.5 hrs of discussion.
